The hotel had a great relaxing vibe and was located in a beautiful natural reserve close to the beach, making it feel like a hidden gem. The service was outstanding with friendly staff always eager to help. However, the rooms were a bit small and dark in the morning, and the dining options could use some improvement, especially given the remote location with limited choices nearby.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I was disturbed by early morning noise. The service was friendly and helpful, but I had a frustrating incident with loud staff outside my door at dawn.
